Culture analysis and employee surveys

We run annual culture and employee surveys to safeguard staff wellbeing, with reporting all the way down to department level.

The challenge

Wellbeing is easy to talk about and hard to manage by. Without figures that reach the individual department, measures stay generic and rarely land where they are actually needed.

How we approached it

We alternate between culture analysis and employee survey, so the client gets both the broad cultural picture and continuous follow-up. The survey covers wellbeing, collaboration, leadership and involvement, and the analysis looks at which conditions genuinely relate to people being well at work.

The outcome

A main report for the whole organisation plus separate reports per department
Clear priorities rather than a general impression of the mood
Comparable measurements over time, so measures can be followed up
